Product Description
Lordex Fitness Tummy Trimmer, a compact resistance-based exercise device designed for home workouts.
Features
• Contoured foot pedals to keep feet secure.
• Steel coil pull-up bar (high-tension spring mechanism).
• Portable and lightweight configuration for easy use anywhere.
• Targets the tummy, chest, arms, hips, and thighs.
How to Use a Tummy Trimmer Safely
Before using, ensure you are wearing sneakers or exercising bare feet to prevent the pedals from slipping off.
1. Abdominal / Waist Exercise (Sit-ups): Sit on a flat mat with your legs extended straight. Place both feet firmly into the contoured pedals and pull the strap snug. Grip the handles firmly, lean back slowly until your back is flat near or on the floor, and use your core strength to pull yourself back up into a sitting position.
2. Chest and Arm Toning: Sit with your knees slightly bent or sit flat on a chair. Secure your feet in the pedals, grab the handles, and use your arms to pull the resistance spring towards your chest.
3. Hips and Thighs (Leg Raises): Lie flat on your back on an exercise mat. Secure your feet in the pedals and hold the handles firmly against your lower stomach or chest area. Keeping your upper body flat on the ground, use your legs to push against the resistance spring or perform controlled leg raises.
Note: Never stretch the heavy-duty spring mechanism past its recommended limit (usually around 3.5 feet) to prevent damage or snapping.
